Join us on July 3rd to celebrate the opening of the Sleaford Bridge and Slipway and sample the award winning food and drink on offer at the Tastes of Lincolnshire Food Fair and Sleaford Farmer's market.
Lincolnshire's heritage is bound up in its huge network of rivers, canals and drains. The Lincolnshire Waterways Partnership is moving forward into the 21st Century, working towards creating thriving river corridors and new waterside projects that are a pleasure for walkers, cyclists, boaters, anglers and nature lovers to visit.
Come along on July 3rd and learn about future plans and challenges to restoring the navigation along the Slea to the River Witham. Enjoy river boat trips, canoeing displays and for the adventurous there will even be the opportunity to have a go!
TV chef Rachel Green will be demonstrating recipes using seasonal, local produce and you can pick up a free copy of Good Taste magazine packed full of mouth watering recipes, details of walks and great places to buy and eat food locally.
With stall holders offering Tastes of Lincolnshire's finest food and drink available you will find it hard to resist the temptation to indulge!
